Meredith Trattler graduated from Harvard University in the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate. She graduated from the University of Miami with an MBA with Specializations in Finance, Accounting and Marketing. She graduated from Emory University with a BA in Psychology. She is LEED Certified and is currently a Real Estate Development Finance Candidate from the Urban Land Institute. In 2006, she was honored with a Congressional Medal of Distinction from the office of Senator Thomas Cole for her business success, and was a United States Presidential Dinner Guest. For Business Network International, she was named as one of the most dependable members of her chapter. She is the author of Secrets to Popularity and Friendship which discusses important business values, which include leadership, loyalty, honesty and dependability, and is used in schools to teach social skills. In addition to owning real estate development and related companies, Trattler has owned Good Times Office Supply and Coffee Service since 1997 which distributes supplies to commercial buildings.
At the inception of her real estate career, Trattler successfully converted the Brittany, a thirteen building, 276-unit apartment complex on thirty-acres of land in Orlando, Florida in 2004 into the condominium form of ownership for the Crest at Waterford Lakes in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Trattler was the partner responsible for deciding to implement the project by locating the initial financing, computing financial projections, and researching market comparables. She oversaw interior design with world-class designers, implemented value-cost engineering, utilized design to attract target markets, and effectively maintained construction budgets in renovation of the property. She was influential in determining efficient marketing strategies for on-time, successful project completion. Crest at Waterford Lakes is a multifamily development, and thirty percent
of the residents were University of Central Florida students living in condominiums as owners or renters. The property is successfully stabilized and maintained today. Trattler utilized appropriate unit designs, budgets, programs, events and concierge services to continue to cater to an enjoyable lifestyle and college experience for University of Central Florida students.
